17 releases today 🚀 The app got a full visual refresh: a new color palette, bordered thread cards with pill-shaped tags, realigned icons, a full-width persistent header with a light/auto/dark theme switch, redesigned chat bubbles with a pulsing typing indicator, and tabbed sign-in setup instructions with a new "Continue with Google" button. There's also a "Report a problem" option, an AI sentiment emoji on threads, cleaner title-based URLs, a way to make a thread public so search engines can find it, a bigger MCP server with resources and prompt templates alongside its tools and lurker_-prefixed tool names, and fixes for re-added threads getting stuck as "Updating" and the sentiment emoji sitting out of line with the other icons on a thread's details page.

Fixed newly-added threads getting a URL made from the raw page address instead of the thread's title.
The "Adding" box now aligns with the thread list below it and gets a highlighted background with an animated dashed border while a thread is indexing.
Threads now show an AI-classified sentiment emoji based on the tone of the discussion - hover it to see the AI's reasoning.
Fixed re-adding a thread you previously removed showing it as "Updating" under its site, instead of "Indexing" in the Adding box, if the original add needed a retry.
Ask now has its own icon next to the watch toggle instead of being tucked away in the "more actions" menu.
Added "Report a problem" to a thread's menu, so you can flag something wrong with it (like incomplete indexing) directly.
Fixed the sentiment emoji, watch, ask, and menu icons on a thread's details page not being aligned to the right like they are in the thread list.
Renamed the "Adding" box to "In progress" (it can also show a thread being re-indexed, not just a brand new one), and swapped its bright dashed border for a subtler solid line with a slow-flowing green/purple/blue gradient.

Threads can now be made public from the thread menu, giving them a shareable page with the summary, topics, and sentiment that search engines can find - your account is never shown.
The MCP server now also exposes Resources (per-thread summary, metadata, and extracted links/tools/part numbers, plus a rolled-up brief for each workspace tag) and Prompts (parts-list, troubleshooting-timeline, and consensus-summary templates), alongside its tools. Every tool now has a lurker_ prefix and a couple were merged (search_content now takes an optional thread or tag filter), so update any saved tool references.

5 releases today ✨ Thread chat got a glow-up: answers now list their sources at the end instead of cluttering the text with citation numbers, and the whole chat now lives right on the page with the ask box pinned at the bottom, instead of being squeezed into a tiny scrolling panel. Adding a thread now shows up right away instead of seeming to do nothing, and newly-added threads now get their own box at the top of the list until they finish indexing.

36 releases today - a huge one 🚀 Threads got watch toggles, live auto-refresh, one-click checks for new posts, and copyable MCP tool ids, plus a light/dark/system theme and a new page explaining how we crawl. Chat got streaming answers and support for multiple named conversations per thread, and thread titles now render emoji and let you add your own topic tags 🎉

The thread details page can now add and remove topics, and has the same watch/retry/check-for-new-posts/delete menu as the threads list.
Renamed "Chats" to "Questions" on the thread details page.
Added a note on the thread chat page pointing to our MCP for best results.
Fixed thread chat occasionally getting stuck repeating the same word instead of answering.
Fixed thread chat sometimes showing a raw search request instead of an answer.
Each thread's MCP tool id on the homepage list now has a copy button, and its index status and post count moved under the title to make room.
